- Who Are We
TAAS INDIA is owned by three Singapore Registered Companies namely Oil India International Pte. Ltd.(33.5%), IOCL Singapore Pte Ltd.(33.5%) and BPRL International Singapore Pte. Ltd.(33%). The three Shareholder Companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of three National Oil Companies of India.
- Management of the Company
The Company is run by a dynamic management team comprising of Board Members having varied experience in the field of Oil & Gas Industry, Corporate Strategies, Financing and Human Resources. The company is having a full time Chief Executive Officer who reports to the Board.
- Our Principle Business Activity
TAAS’s principal business activity is holding of investments. The company acquired 29.9% interest in TYNGD LLC with effect from 5 October 2016. TYNGD LLC was incorporated under Laws of Russian Federation and its principal activity is Oil production and exploration.
